By entering Revive Zone, purchasing a ticket, booking an experience, using our equipment, or participating in any Revive Zone activity, you acknowledge and agree that all games, simulations, virtual reality experiences, golf and multisport simulator activities, private events, and related offerings involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, collisions with walls, objects, equipment, or other participants, dizziness, motion sickness, disorientation, eye strain, loss of balance, physical exertion, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other injuries or damages that may occur during active entertainment experiences.
All guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk. Guests are responsible for following all posted rules, staff instructions, safety briefings, equipment guidelines, age, height, health, and conduct requirements. Guests must use good judgment and should not participate if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair balance, coordination, judgment, or reaction time.
Revive Zone is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or accidents caused by a guest’s failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, reckless behavior, unsafe decisions, horseplay, running, intentional contact, ignoring safety rules, or participation despite a medical, physical, sensory, or other condition that may make participation unsafe.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to Revive Zone property, equipment, games, headsets, controllers, simulator bays, furniture, fixtures, walls, technology, or the property of other guests, whether caused intentionally, recklessly, or through improper use. Revive Zone reserves the right to charge guests for repair, replacement, cleaning, or other costs resulting from damage caused by their actions.
Revive Zone reserves the right to refuse service, remove any guest from an experience, end a session early, or deny future access to anyone who violates safety rules, misuses equipment, behaves aggressively, damages property, disrupts other guests, or creates an unsafe environment.
Parents, guardians, group organizers, and event hosts are responsible for supervising minors and members of their party. By allowing a minor or group member to participate, the responsible adult confirms that the participant is capable of safely participating and agrees to be responsible for their conduct.
By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer, accept the risks associated with Revive Zone activities, and agree to act safely, responsibly, and respectfully while on the premises.
