1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information when you register for an account, make a booking, or subscribe to a membership.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Specifically, we use your data to facilitate account creation, process bookings and payments via Stripe, and send administrative information.
3. Data Security and Third Parties
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services (such as Stripe for payment processing), to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Your Privacy Rights
You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time through the Profile Settings. If you would like us to delete all your personal data, please contact our support team directly.
5. Internal Business Bank Connections
Revive Project I LLC, doing business as ReviveZone Ithaca, uses Plaid for read-only access to business bank account and transaction information in its internal accounting dashboard. This connection is for authorized business administrators; customers do not need to connect a bank account to book an experience or use a membership.
With the account holder's authorization, the dashboard processes account identifiers and transaction details such as dates, amounts, merchants, and descriptions to categorize expenses and reconcile business records. This integration does not initiate payments or transfers, and we do not sell or license Plaid-sourced data.
Plaid processes information under its End User Privacy Policy. Administrators can direct questions, requests to disconnect a bank, or requests to review or delete imported information to Invest@elvenventures.com. We review requests before removing records needed for business accounting.
