By entering Revive Zone, purchasing a ticket, booking an experience, using our equipment, or participating in any Revive Zone activity, you acknowledge and agree that all games, simulations, virtual reality experiences, golf and multisport simulator activities, private events, and related offerings involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, collisions with walls, objects, equipment, or other participants, dizziness, motion sickness, disorientation, eye strain, loss of balance, physical exertion, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other injuries or damages that may occur during active entertainment experiences.
All guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk. Guests are responsible for following all posted rules, staff instructions, safety briefings, equipment guidelines, age, height, health, and conduct requirements. Guests must use good judgment and should not participate if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair balance, coordination, judgment, or reaction time.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to Revive Zone equipment, furnishings, facilities, or other property during their booked session. This includes damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow staff instructions or safety guidelines, or negligent or intentional conduct.
